Grandstream C2D Launcher Configuration

The Click to Dial on the web feature for AIS VoIP is done using a Chrome Extension that works with your Grandstream Phone.

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for Grandstream C2D Launcher
  2. Add the Chrome Extension
  3. Logon to the Admin Page of your Grandstream VoIP Phone
    • To get to this page, type the IP Address of your phone into a web browser
  4. Go to Settings -gt Call Features -gt Click-To-Dial Feature and set it to Enabled
  5. Go to Network -gt Remote Control and the the following settings
    • Set Action URI Support to Enabled
    • Set Remote Control Pop up Window Support to Enabled
    • In the Action URI Allowed IP List field, enter any (no caps)
    • Set CSTA Control to Disabled
  6. Now go back to Chrome and right mouse click on the Grandstream Extension and go to Options
  7. Set the following setting in the Grandstream C2D Launcher Chrome Extension
    • Protocol = HTTP
    • Account = Account 1
    • IP Address = Enter the IP address of your Grandstream VoIP Phone
    • Username = Use the same username you used to access the web admin center for your phone (default is admin)
    • Password = Use the same password you used to access the web admin center for your phone
  8. Lift up the handset on your phone and put it back down. You will no be able to use the Grandstream C2D Launcher Chrome Extension
