Discovery

  • Desktop Readiness Assessment will be performed to ensure the success of the Migration Toolset
Planning
  • Coordinate billing cutover date
    • Which day AIS will convert the CSP to Ingram Micro

    • Send email to MSP/Client/AIS Project Team using template in portal
  • Migration Preparation
    • Provider will start the integration of the toolset to users’ computers, existing mail service, and Office 365
    • Provider will start the integration of the toolset for Office 365 The preparation process will address file compatibility, ISP related issues
  • Migration Pre Deployment Tasks
    • Mutually schedule with Provider the File Directory review with Customer project contact
    • Provide any special requests and requirements prior to the start of the project
    • Confirmation of the completeness and accuracy of the information provided to Provider during the review process
    • Provide Provider with a Domain Admin account and Office 365 Global Admin account for migration services and administrative work to be performed by Provider
