BlackBerry Mail Sync Problem Due To Mailbox Quota Full

AIS Monitoring Platform has discovered Mail sync problem due to Mailbox quota full. The user has reached the mailbox storage limit and is not permitted to send messages until the Information Store size returns to an acceptable range. The user will still receive messages on the BlackBerry Wireless Handheld, but will not be able to send the messages. Delete messages from the users mailbox and empty the Deleted Items folder.
