Business Development (Direct B2B)


The Business Development Representative is responsible for ensuring that our clients and prospect's teams are aware of the capabilities of AIS and building relationships with those teams to serve as their primary contact for AIS.

Here’s what a typical week would look like:

  • Owning opportunities through to close and internal hand-off
  • Introduce AIS’ capabilities to new clients and prospects
  • Join AIS team members on new client calls
  • Coordinate with the AIS team to answer questions from prospect organizations
  • Keep organized, follow up and follow through on new opportunities to completion
  • Ensure proper client hand-off to an AIS Project Manager
  • Coordinate and attend AIS-hosted events and outings
Qualifications:

  • Smart, hard-working, honest
  • 3+ years B2B Sales Experience (IT-related preferred)
  • Strong interest and basic knowledge of technology
  • Professional attitude, friendly, relationship-builder
  • Lifelong learner, curious, and detail-orientated
