AIS is a full service technology firm that provides both sales and service in computer network equipment, phone systems, printers, and web sites. We employ skilled technicians with diverse knowledge that can eliminate the need for other contractors.
Our staff has experience with a wide variety of business markets, with individual staff that focus on key niches such as state and local government, medium/large businesses, school districts, and non-profit organizations. We also have a team dedicated to small business and residential customers. AIS staff has expert-level knowledge of major operating systems and software vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, and 3Com.
AIS maintains its own servers in two data centers for email and web hosting purposes. As a service to our clients, we utilize the award-winning Barracuda spam blocking equipment.
Work Plan and Availability
Technicians are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. We understand the special needs of public safety organizations and are available to serve at any time when problems arise.
AIS provides 3 main levels of service:
- On-call, as needed only:
- Our most basic level of service
- Support is customer initiated
- Consulting and planning advice provided as needed
- On-call with proactive monitoring:
- AIS monitors servers and networks to address issues before they become outages
- Customer requests moves/adds/changes
- Customer designates a person as a point-of-contact to compile IT issues between staff and AIS
- Customer initiates budget planning and equipment replacement
- IT Concierge and help-desk:
- AIS becomes your IT department and serves as the IT point-of-contact for staff
- Helpdesk hotline and customer-specific support email address for all IT-related needs
- Regular on-site helpdesk staffing options available
- Proactive, full-service technology planning and optimization
- Equipment replacement lifecycle and budget planning
- Issues entirely resolved by AIS
- AIS serves as vendor liaison (AT&T, Comcast, etc issues)
- Annual technology audit and maintenance review
