Required skills
- MCSE equivalent knowledge
- Windows server configuration and troubleshooting (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange
- Knowledge of basic digital phone systems
- Advanced knowledge of computer troubleshooting
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot wireless networks
Optional skills
- Network and phone wiring knowledge
- Ability to crimp network cables
- Ability to pull wires in offices
- Windows server configuration and troubleshooting (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange)
- Knowledge of digital and VoIP phone systems
Typical job duties
- On-site troubleshooting of computer and network problems
- Second line of more advanced tech support for clients
