Client Care Representative
The client care team (CCT) is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Reps will be responsible for client follow up and customer satisfaction surveys. CCT reps are also responsible for knowing locations of technicians, assisting the project coordinator with planning, and keeping tabs on all urgent client issues. This can be akin to an AIS Concierge that is responsible for making sure the needs of every client are met.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain multiple schedules
- Detail oriented person with a passion for keeping our client's happy
- Ability to remain cool under pressure
