Sean Casey
Sean Casey was raised in Evergreen Park, IL and currently resides in Chicago's West Loop. Sean graduated from Brother Rice High School in Chicago in 2001 with honors and as a member of the National Honors Society. He was accepted into several engineering schools, but chose the University of Illinois Chicago to pursue a degree in computer engineering. It was at UIC's orientation where Sean met Jeff Pieta. After a few months, both Sean and Jeff dropped out of UIC to form AIS.
Sean's original technical passions were programming and design. He made several web sites while in high school and taught himself programming and database design.
Sean has a passion for community service. He actively serves on the board of directors for A Silver Lining Foundation and is also a member of the La Grange Kiwanis Club. Sean also participates in fundraisers and projects hosted by the Union League Club of Chicago, where Sean is a member and serves on the Technology Committee and the Admissions Committee.
